London, England

On my way back to the states from a Europe, I booked an extended layover in  London to see some of the London highlights. Below are the highlights of ONE afternoon:

Big Ben, The Eye, Westminster Abby, Parliament, London Bridges ext:

And of course: The Sherlock Holmes 221B Baker Street and Platform 9 3/4

All in one afternoon of travel.

  1. Yep, this is London all right, complete with low clouds. 🙂 You managed to squeeze in quite a lot into one afternoon but I think London is worth more time if you ever have the chance to come again!

    1. Absolutely; we saw a lot but I know we missed out on a ton! My husband studied abroad near London and he made sure I knew upon my return that I did not really see London. 😊 some day we will make it back.
